Australian funnyman (and “part time casual” at comedy duo The Inspired Unemployed) Jack Steele has taken to Instagram to show how it feels to be screwed over by flight delays when coming come from Bali two days in a row.
Comedian Jack Steele and his mates enjoyed three weeks in Bali, before attempting to fly home on Sunday. Their flight was delayed though. This morning it was delayed again. The first delay was put down to “engineering”; today’s was blamed on “operational requirements.”
Steele took a break from making quips like “bidetforit” to show the aftermath of a two day flight delay. The video, which he posted to his Instagram Story, shows his mates hanging around, looking over it, with trolleys full of luggage and surfboards. The footage was taken in the airport.
The video, which was posted to Steele’s Instagram story, was captioned: “Two days of flight cancellations will do it to ya.”

A DMARGE correspondant, Max Langridge, who was on the same (twice delayed) flight, revealed some of the other horrors passengers had to go through, saying the wifi in the hotel he was put up at was “dogshit.”
“There’s just no info, otherwise I’m not too bothered,” he added, apparantly in no rush to get back to Sydney, where it’s 14 degrees and rainy. “It’s annoying for sure.”
Sure Max, sure.

Further issues with the hotel set up (the Hilton Garden Inn Bali, in case you were wondering), according to Max, were the stingy food allowance and the lack of alcohol vouchers.
“We got given $30US for food. Doesn’t include alcohol. Ridiculous,” Max said.
“The hotel is out of French fries, this is just taking the piss now.”
Max Langridge
As for the latest news on the flight back to Sydney, we don’t know how The Inspired Unemployed have fared, but Max looks to be stranded in a pool of his own sweat for a little while longer.
“On live chat to them to check we are going to fly tonight. They said the flight number is still scheduled to depart at 14:00. It’s 15:51 and I’m not on it. They’ve asked for a copy of the email I received.”
Max Langridge
Just goes to show: if you decide to dabble in the delights of Jetstar (and its delightful pricing) then these things can happen (not that pricy airlines don’t have delays too, but they seem to happen less often, and they usually are able to solve the problem quicker).

If you’ve logged onto Instagram or TikTok within the past week or so, you would have likely come across the occasional video of someone recording a TV show or movie on their television or computer, and a filter has been applied to whoever is onscreen which gives them big eyes and a grin.
The effect is achieved using the Snapchat application for smartphones and it is now taking the world by storm, becoming a viral trend in its own right. Snapchat is no stranger to creating viral filters, as you would have also likely seen the Crying Face filter being used in online videos, too.
But, how do you use the shook Snapchat filter and what are some of the best examples of how it has already been used?
How To Use Snapchat Shook Filter
First things first, if you want to use the Snapchat shook filter, then you’re going to need a Snapchat account and to have the app downloaded onto your smartphone. If you don’t already have the app downloaded, you can click the links below to download it onto either an iPhone or Android device.
Once you have the app downloaded, sign up for an account and proceed to log in.

You will then be greeted by the Snapchat home screen, which is essentially just a view through your camera. You should notice at the bottom of the screen there is a large circle in the middle (this is to take a picture or hold it down and you can video) and a smiley face icon on the right.
The smiley face icon is where you will find all of the filters available to use. Click the smiley face and scroll through the various filters. To find the Shook filter, you may need to scroll through for quite a bit, as new filters are added to the menu all the time.
Alternatively, from either the home screen or the filter menu, you can click on the magnifying glass icon in the top left of the screen. Click this and type in ‘Shook’. You’re looking for the Shook lens by Snapchat. It should be the top result.
Click this and it will automatically be applied.
If the camera view is using the rear camera, then you will be able to record content on the TV or computer, but you need to make sure faces are clearly visible for the camera to pick up. Alternatively, you can double press on the screen to flip the camera around to the front-facing camera, and take pictures or videos of yourself.
Best Examples of Shook Snapchat Filter
There are numerous videos already doing the rounds on TikTok that use the Shook Snapchat filter. These are some of our favourites.

A digital creator, who splits her time between France and America, has run rampant over TikTok with a viral ‘travel hack’ video. The hack will save your bacon when your hand luggage is too heavy, or when you forget your neck pillow.
Have you ever got through airport security, only to think: “Damnit, I’ve forgotten my neck pillow,”? Have you then spent yet another $12 on a neck pillow will probably lose as soon as you arrive at your destination, not only adding unnecessarily to landfill but also punishing your wallet?
Or have you ever got through security, thinking you’re in the clear, only to be scalped with an excess baggage fee upon boarding as the flight attendants realise you are carrying 0.01 grams of hand luggage beyond the limit? If you answered yes to either of those questions then we have the perfect travel hack for you.
Introducing: Kristen Black. Kristen is a digital creator who divides her time between Paris and Atlanta. She took to TikTok recently to remind followers of a travel hack video that hit 9 million views when she first posted it.
In the video, Kristen shows viewers how to make a makeshift neck pillow out of your clothes. In the clip, she wraps her jumper around other clothes, fastening it so they don’t fall out, and then tying it around her neck. The caption reads as follows: “When you don’t have a neck pillow but you’re tryna sleep on your €9.99 middle seat flight.”
Many commenters were impressed, with one tagging their friend and saying: “I should have seen this before I went to Malta.” Others questioned the hygiene of wearing a sweater after folding it on the airport floor.
This isn’t the first time social media users have showed each other how to skirt airline baggage rules or have a better flight experience. Who could forget this genius pillow hack that lets you sneak a little extra luggage on a flight, or this flight attendant who shared how to make yourself the cabin crew’s favourite passenger (and get special treatment in the process).

If you want to build muscle then you’re going to need a proper strength training program. And, while you could blindly follow the advice of the countless fitness ‘experts’ on Instagram, you’ll likely fare far better following the advice of qualified personal trainers.
Fortunately, we’ve collated information on a variety of workouts for men, covering the chest, back, leg, arms and more, to give you essential guides for the exercises to perform whenever you hit the gym. If you perform these workouts and combine them with an effective meal plan (you should definitely speak to a qualified nutritionist to determine the best meal plan for you) then you’ll soon find you’ll be building muscle in no time.
Chest Workouts

Chest workouts are an absolute essential for men in the gym, since building huge pecs is one of the main reasons for working out in the first place. However, because the pectoral muscles are so large, they need a lot of stimuli to hit certain areas, and this can only be done with a well-rounded chest workout routine.
There are chest exercises to target the upper chest and lower chest for example, and some chest workouts are better performed using dumbbells as opposed to a barbell. You can even perform home chest workouts, either if you don’t have a gym membership, or so you can maintain your fitness if you travel a lot.
Check out our guide to the best chest workouts for men, all of which are accompanied by videos to show you the correct form, and you’ll be filling out your t-shirts in no time.
Back Workouts

Back workouts can bring you some serious upper body strength, along with improving your posture and overall health. If you increase the size of your lats, too, then you will slowly but surely get a more V-shaped figure, which is something many bodybuilders, in particular, seek out.
Back workouts predominantly involve rowing movements and, as with chest workouts, can be performed using barbells and dumbbells to help target certain areas. The lat pulldown is an essential back exercise too, but as with any exercise, you need to perform it properly if you want to reap the full benefit.
Check out our guide to the best back workouts, all of which are accompanied by videos to show you how to perform them correctly.
Leg Workouts

One of the unofficial testaments of the gym is to never skip leg day, yet, it is a rule that is not always followed. But if you don’t give your legs any real attention then you only have yourself to blame when you’re ridiculed by your peers for looking out of proportion.
Leg exercises and workouts aren’t easy, and they’re going to have you working up a serious sweat, but push through and you’ll soon build yourself a solid base to stand on, and some chunky quads to go with it.
Check out our guide to the best leg workouts for men to add into your gym routine, all of which are accompanied by videos to show you the correct form.
Shoulder Workouts

Shoulder workouts are also incredibly important because, not only can increasing the size of your shoulders make you appear broader, but strong shoulders grant you serious upper body strength. You’ll likely see surfers, in particular, have large shoulders thanks to the amount of paddling they do in the water.
Wide, strong shoulders can also help you to lift heavy objects and are essential if you engage in a range of sports. Shoulder workouts can be completed using a variety of equipment, including barbells, dumbbells, cables and even resistance bands. Remember, if you’re trying a shoulder exercise for the first time, then make sure to use a relatively lightweight.
Shoulder exercises cause your shoulder muscles to become fatigued very quickly, and you’re going to benefit more from completing a full set of repetitions using a lightweight than you will from failing to perform them with a heavier weight.
Check out our guide to some of the best shoulder exercises for men, complete with video tutorials showing the correct form.
Arm Workouts

The arms are another body part men are incredibly keen to train. Big biceps and triceps are something virtually all men wish to have, not only to be aesthetically pleasing but to give you extra strength to be able to lift heavy objects (a strong core is also essential for this).
While you can dedicate a gym session to just your biceps or triceps, you’ll do well to target all the muscles in the arms in one hit to be more efficient.
Check out our guide to the best arm workouts and arm exercises for men, complete with video tutorials to show you how to best perform them.
Ab Workouts

Many men consider a set of six-pack abs to be the pinnacle of fitness, but obtaining them is no easy task. Not only do you need to perform a range of ab exercises to build up the size of the muscles, but you also need to keep your body fat to a minimum to allow them to show.
Ab workouts are sometimes confused with core workouts, but there is actually some difference between the two. Ab workouts and exercises tend to target solely the abdominal muscles, whereas core workouts focus on building a more solid and stable core, which factors in the muscles all around the central core region.
There can be some overlap, however, and many of the workouts we’ve included in our ab workout guide and be used to build a strong core, as well as provide greater structural balance.
Full-Body Workouts

Full-body workouts can be fined as either specific movements that target virtually all muscles in the body. These are commonly referred to as compound movements, such as deadlifts and squats.
Or, you can complete a full-body session in the gym comprising exercises that target specific areas, but you create a routine that targets all areas of the body individually. For example, you could perform a couple of chest workouts, some leg workouts and some back workouts, using a superset model to improve efficiency, such as a dumbbell chest press followed immediately by some weighted lunges.
Check out our guide to some of the best full-body workouts and exercises, complete with video tutorials. Pay particularly close attention to the guide for the deadlift, as it has the potential to cause injury if not performed correctly.
Push-Pull Workouts

Push-pull workouts offer a perfect model for men to simplify their training, as they combine both push and pull movements to target large muscle groups in the body. They’re similar to full-body workouts in this regard, but instead of completing a range of push and pull exercises in one gym session, you would split them across two separate days.
For example, you would complete a push session on a Monday, a pull session on Tuesday and then most likely a leg workout session on Wednesday, and repeat this again to give you a six-day workout routine.
Check out our guide to some of the best push and pull exercises to perform, complete with video tutorials. If you’ve not tried the push-pull system before, it could offer the change-up to your gym sessions you need to better stimulate the muscles and see them become larger and stronger.
Bicep Workouts

Step into any gym and you’re bound to see at least one guy performing some bicep curls in the mirror. Similar to a set of six-pack abs, huge, bulging biceps are an indicator of peak physical fitness (and masculinity).
Fortunately, there is a wide variety of bicep exercises men can perform to increase their size and strength, which utilise barbells, dumbbells and even the cable machine. You’re unlikely to dedicate a gym session just to the biceps (although there’s nothing to say you can’t) and many men will combine bicep exercises into their back day session, effectively creating a push-pull day.
Check out our guide to learn some of the best bicep exercises and workouts for men, all of which are accompanied by video tutorials to show you how to perform them properly.
Best Tricep Workouts

The triceps muscles are actually larger than the biceps, yet many men will focus more on training their biceps for those sweet muscular peaks. But there is much to gain from training your triceps, not least some sleeve-busting arms.
As with the biceps, you’re unlikely to dedicate an entire gym session to just the triceps, but they can definitely be added into a chest day or back day workout routine.
Check out our guide to learn some of the best triceps exercises for men, complete with video tutorials.

Lord Alan Michael Sugar is a British business magnate and media personality, best known for hosting the long-running TV series, The Apprentice. But the 75-year-old hasn’t just made his name from presenting the show that seeks to find rising stars in the business industry. He has, in fact, had a glittering career both in business and politics.
So, who is Lord Sugar, how did he become famous, what does he do and how much is he worth? Allow us to reveal all.
Lord Sugar Quick Facts
Name: Lord Alan Michael Sugar
Age: 75
DoB: 24 March 1947
Nationality: British
Occupation: Entrepreneur, author, politician
Relationship Status: Married
Spouse: Ann Simons, Lady Sugar – married 1968
Net Worth: $1.21 billion
Instagram: @lord_sugar – 176k followers
Who Is Lord Sugar?
Alan Michael Sugar was born in Hackney, East London on 24 March 1947 into a Jewish family. His grandparents on his maternal and paternal sides are from Russia and Poland, respectively. Alan Sugar grew up relatively poor, initially living in a council flat.
Clearly having a keen eye for business, Alan Sugar founded the company, Amstrad (Alan Michael Sugar Trading), in 1968 at the age of 21 using just $100 of savings. He is known to have sold radio aerials for cars from the back of a van for £50.
Amstrad started life as an exporter/importer of wholesale goods but within just a couple of years, it began to move into manufacturing, predominantly within electronics. Amstrad was listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1980 and doubled both its profits and value every year. Amstrad launched its first computer in 1984 against intense competition from household names such as Sinclair and Commodore. Despite this competition, Amstrad sold 3 million units of the CPC 464 within its eight years of life.
Amstrad experienced incredible growth and sales in the 1980s, but in the 1990s, the company lost its reputation due to a series of unreliable hard disks (which were supplied by Seagate). Seagate did eventually pay Amstrad $131 million for lost revenue.
Following a series of telecommunications devices that didn’t sell well, Amstrad was sold to BSkyB for £125 million in 2007. Alan Sugar stepped down as Chairman of Amstrad in 2008.
The Apprentice
Most people will know Lord Sugar as the host of The Apprentice, which was first broadcast on the BBC in the United Kingdom in 2005. The Apprentice follows a group of budding British entrepreneurs who compete in weekly challenges to eventually win the competition. Each week, Lord Sugar fires one apprentice until there is an eventual winner.
From 2005 until 2010, the winner would gain employment in one of Lord Sugar’s businesses. Since 2011, the winner receives a partnership with Sugar, along with a £250,000 investment into their own business.
Lord Sugar took over as the host of The Celebrity Apprentice Australia in 2020, which is broadcast on the Nine Network in Australia.
Politics
You’ve hopefully already picked up on the fact we’ve been referring to Alan Sugar as Lord Sugar, and that is because of his involvement with British politics. In July 2009 Alan Sugar was made Baron Sugar, of Clapham, in the London Borough of Hackney. This saw him gain entry into the House of Lords, which is the upper house of the Houses of Parliament in the UK.
The House of Lords essentially refer bills passed by the House of Commons (where the Prime Minister and opposing government parties debate) before they are made legally binding. Lord Sugar is the UK Governmen’s “Enterprise Champion,” which sees him promote entrepreneurship and advise the Department for Business, Innovation and Skill. Lord Sugar says this title is non-political in nature, meaning that he hasn’t joined the government.
He was, however, a member of the Labour party from 1997 until 2005, and was also one of its largest financial donors. He left the party in 2015 following the general election, which was won by David Cameron’s Conservative party.
He appeared to switch allegiance in 2019, endorsing both Boris Johnson to become the new leader of the Conservative party, as well as the Conservative party as a whole in the 2019 general election.
Football Interests
Alan Sugar has always had a keen interest in football in the UK and in 1991, along with former British footballer and manager, Terry Venables, bought Tottenham Hotspur, much to the displeasure of Tottenham fans. He supported Sky’s bid to have television rights to the English Premier League, in contrast to the owners of the other big English clubs: Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal and Everton, who voted in favour of ITV’s bid.
It has often been claimed by both fans and players of Tottenham that Alan Sugar has only ever been interested in the business side of football, as opposed to being a genuine fan of the club and the game.
Alan Sugar sold a 27% stake in Tottenham Hotspur FC in February 2001 for £22 million and his final 12% stake for £25 million in 2007. Sugar claims his time as the majority owner of Tottenham Hotspur as being a “waste of my life.”
Lord Sugar Net Worth
Thanks to his lengthy business career, Lord Alan Sugar has built up a considerable fortune. However, according to The Sunday Times Rich List, a vast proportion of his earnings in recent years have come from property.
Lord Sugar’s net worth in 2022 is an estimated £1.088bn, making him the 166th richest person in the UK. He is claimed to have sold just over £200 million worth of property between June 2020 – June 2021, which is more than he would have earned from both his business interests and fee for appearing on The Apprentice.
Lord Sugar Family
Alan Sugar married his wife, Ann Simons, a former hairdresser on 28 April 1968 at Great Portland Street, London. They currently live in Chigwell, Essex, and have three children: two sons and one daughter. His sons, Daniel Paul Sugar and Simon Sugar are heavily involved with his businesses.

Horny goat weed is a supplement that you may have already heard of and is often linked to supporting men with sexual health problems, such as ED. But what exactly is horny goat weed, how can you buy it and ultimately, does it actually work?
What is horny goat weed?
Horny goat weed – also known as barrenwort, bishop’s hat, Yin Yang Huo or fairy wings – is an over-the-counter supplement derived from the Epimedium genus of flowering plants. Epimedium is native to China, although it has been found elsewhere in Asia and in some areas of the Mediterranean region.
The main active ingredient of horny goat weed is icariin, a chemical compound that is used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat erectile dysfunction and enhance erectile function. However, there is little clinical evidence to support these claims.
What does horny goat weed do?
Time to settle down for a biology lesson and for us to discuss erections. As Healthline states, when you’re sexually stimulated, blood flows into your penis via three tube-like cylinders. This blood flow is triggered as a result of nitric oxide signalling a chemical called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which in turn causes the smooth muscle to relax.
But, for someone suffering with erectile dysfunction (ED), an enzyme called protein phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) interferes with this process and ultimately prevents blood from flowing through the arteries, resulting in no erection.
Horny goat weed, or rather, the main ingredient icariin, claims to inhibit PDE5 from preventing blood flow into the penis, essentially reversing its effect. The result? You should be able to get an erection. Horny goat weed is said to work in a very similar way to Viagra.
Does horny goat weed work?
While there are personal accounts of horny goat weed proving effective, clinical research into the herbal remedy is relatively scarce. A 2010 study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine studied the effects of icariin on rats that ultimately found positive results for the use of icariin as a treatment for ED as a result of nerve damage. However, as should be obvious, this study was performed on rats and not humans, so the results can’t necessarily be applied to humans, too.
Horny goat weed vs viagra
A separate study conducted in 2008 looked into the effects of icariin on inhibiting PDE5 in humans and ultimately determined that it was, indeed, effective, i.e. it can help prevent erectile dysfunction. However, the same study also found sildenafil, the main ingredient of Viagra, was 80 times more potent than icariin, suggesting it is a more effective and potentially more reliable method of preventing ED.
Horny goat weed side effects
As with any supplement, there can be potential side effects of horny goat weed, however they are relatively minor by comparison and will be influenced by the dosage you take. If you take a horny goat weed in moderation over the course of a few months, you’re unlikely to experience any side effects.
If, however, you take a large dosage of horny goat weed, then it can potentially cause noseblleds, dizziness and rapid heartbeat, according to Healthline.
How to take horny goat weed
It is pretty easy to get your hands on horny goat weed, since it is sold over the counter. But it comes in various forms, including tablet, capsule, powder and tea. The recommended dosage will vary depending on which form you buy.
Horny goat weed is to be taken daily, even if you don’t plan to have sex, and will continue to work in the background even if you miss a day.
Horny goat weed reviews
Because horny goat weed can be bought over the counter, it also means it can be bought online, from online stores such as iHerb, Chemist Warehouse, Woolworths and Coles in Australia. These online stores allow customers to leave reviews, to help you decide if it is the right product for you.
Reviews of the NOW Foods horny goat weed extract are incredibly positive, with customers claiming it to be “very effective,” and “The effect shows within the first week of my usage and I definitely felt like in my 20s again.”
As with any supplement you put into your body, you should always consult with a health professional before taking horny goat weed. However, it should be safe to consume for the majority of men. Whether or not it works for you remains to be seen.

Ross Edgley, one of the world’s most ripped men, has taken to Instagram to share an anaerobic conditioning technique to give you extra energy when you come to compete.
Ross Edgley looks like he could be carved out of marble. But though he appears to have come out of some ancient Greek storybook, he is up to date with the latest in fitness technology and research.
In fact, after completing the world’s longest sea swim (1,780 miles around Great Britain) as well as various kinds of marathons (from a rope climbing one to one where he ran with a car behind him) as well as authoring a number of books, he still takes time out of his busy schedule to share fitness advice and insights with his followers.
Which brings us to his latest Instagram post. In it, Edgley shares some insights into anaerobic conditioning. Anaerobic conditioning, for those who don’t know, is any activity that breaks down glucose for energy without using oxygen. Translated into plain English, that means HIIT type exercises. Ones of short length and high intensity, which cause your oxygen demand to surpass your oxygen supply.
Edgley calls this shark speed – a fitting name given the exercise he shows off. Behind a boat, next to a friend on a paddleboard (who races him), he swims remarkably fast for about 5 seconds (before the video stops). He captions the video with an explainer, talking about how this is a throwback video from 2019.
At this point in his training, he says he was in a “periodised macrocycle” – the point where the intensity of training increases, but the volume of training slightly decreases after you have built a solid aerobic base (or “gas tank”) during the base mesocycle (a particular training block within a season).
“Therefore, your heart, lungs, cardiorespiratory and body as a whole is good when training at low intensity for long periods of time (remember Zone 2 training at 60% – 70% of your maximum heart rate),” Edgley wrote.
He continued: “But now during the Build Mesocycle the goal should be to condition the body to work more efficiently at high intensities (adding ‘jet engine afterburners’ where you operate above your anaerobic threshold and train in Zone 4 (80% – 90% of your maximum heart rate)and if possible Zone 5 (90% – 100% of your maximum heart rate).”
“This holistic approach to training the body’s cardiorespiratory system through the year is based on research from the International Journal of Sports Physiology and Performance who found, ‘high-intensity resistance training in the competitive phase is likely to produce beneficial gains in performance.'”
Ross Edgley
RELATED: Ross Edgley Workout: How To Keep Fit In A Hotel
Edgley added: “The reason they stated, ‘competitive phase’ is because they understood how each Mesocycle must work in synergy to (jointly) improve your body’s ability to use both the aerobic energy system (at low intensity) and anaerobic energy system (at high intensity) to provide enough energy to continue to operate whatever the pace of the hike, run or cycle.”
“This is why high intensity interval training is mainly introduced in the Build Mesocycle, only after a successful Base Mesocycle has been completed.”
Ross Edgley
Got it? Good. Megalithic gains (hopefully) await…

Oscar-winner, Matt Damon has never had a starring role in a superhero film. But there’s ‘one condition’ that would get the actor to do so; and it involves fellow actor and Oscar-winner, Ben Affleck.
These days, there’s no shortage of superhero movies. The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) just released its twenty-eighth film, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Warner Bros. released The Batman earlier this year and Sony released Morbius just a month ago.
And the thing with superhero movies is that nowadays, they tend to star Hollywood heavyweights. Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, Michael Keaton… We really could go on. But there’s one prominent actor who is yet to play a sizeable role in a superhero film – Matt Damon.
Damon gained fame after writing and starring in Good Will Hunting alongside Ben Affleck; the two even won an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay. Since then, Damon has starred in iconic films like Saving Private Ryan, Ocean’s Eleven and The Bourne Identity.
However, aside from small uncredited cameos in the MCU’s Thor: Ragnarok and Fox’s Deadpool 2, Damon has never appeared in a superhero film. But this doesn’t mean the actor is averse to the genre.

In fact, according to Cinema Blend, there’s one thing that’d get Damon to star in a superhero movie instantly; even though the actor believes there are none left to adapt for the big screen (cue laughter from avid comic book readers).
“I’d consider anything with the right director but I can’t imagine there are any superheroes left; I think they’re all taken at the moment. If [Ben Affleck] was directing me, I’d jump on it in a New York minute. I’d love to work with Ben.”
Matt Damon
Affleck who is well-known as an actor is also an accomplished director; his past directing credits include the Oscar-winning film, Argo and The Town. And as Affleck and Damon have worked together multiple times over their respective (and successful) careers and are friends, it’s really no surprise that Damon would “jump” at the chance to have Affleck direct him in a superhero movie.
And hey, considering Affleck has a lot of experience with the superhero genre after playing Batman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League, it could be a match made in heaven. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that the two soon come together and give us the superhero film we’ve been waiting for.

A Qantas business class passenger has divided the internet with a complaint which some people think is fair enough, and other people think is ridiculous.
A Qantas business class passenger has divided the internet with a complaint about as flimsy as a piece of cardboard. The pointy end passenger took to Facebook to vent their frustration about the lack of crockery in the Sydney Domestic Terminal business class lounge.
This complaint about paper plates reportedly sparked uproar online, with news.com.au reporting: “The uproar began after one traveller posted her frustrations to Facebook, saying, ‘In the Business Lounge in Sydney Domestic terminal. I know this makes me a snob, but paper plates? Really?'”
The passenger added: “Just a gentle whinge, I don’t want to start a fight.”
A Qantas representative told ESCAPE Travel the paper plates were a stopgap measure while the lounge’s dishwasher was being repaired and said it was not due to COVID-19 staff shortages.

Some of the business class aficionados of Facebook were not forgiving, however, with one Facebook user reportedly claiming they were given the same excuse on the 1st of May, and writing: “Not good enough” and “I don’t have to be happy about it.”
Others disagreed, calling the complainant a “snob” and urging them to get some perspective (or maybe just go to Hungry Jacks, where those of us that can’t afford to be a member of Qantas’ business class lounge gobble burgers off paper bags).
This isn’t the first time business class passengers have reacted negatively to an airline’s improvisation tactics. Virgin Australia was skewered last year over ‘Noodlegate,’ when it served business class passengers hot pot noodles up in the air.
Another business class passenger complained in 2020 when Singapore Airlines stopped serving champagne due to COVID-19 safety concerns.
