OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR BRACELET
We will happily refund items within 7 days of receipt, providing it is returned in its original packaging with no signs of use or misuse.
USA, EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD RETURNS
Please use the contact us form and select returns from the drop down menu detailing your return. We will contact you shortly after with return instructions.
Please ensure that you clearly mark the goods as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. All returns must be sent by registered mail. We will refund the total amount you have paid for the goods except postage and packaging.
Please note, that the items bought with 50% discount and more can't be returned.
Orders are processed daily - Monday through Friday - with the exception of public holidays. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a direct link to track your order online.

Estimated Delivery Time (Business Days)
Your purchases may depart from various locations, resulting in variance for delivery times. Delivery time frames may be shifted based on shipping service selected and destination.
Please refer to the following for an estimated delivery time:
- Delivery Time = (Processing Time) + (Shipping Time)
- Processing Time: 4-6 business days
- Shipping Time: 8-13 business days (Express) | 14-30 business days (Standard)
Separate packages
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Weight limits per package. In order to provide Free Worldwide Shipping, we do have to think of the most innovative ways (such as the split an order into more than 1 package) to ensure that you receive your order as early as possible, while at the same time keeping our shipping costs to a reasonable limit.
- An item may be slightly back-ordered, and shipped a little later than the rest of the items in an order.
- Because we are serviced by two different warehouses, an order with multiple items may be shipped from the two different warehouses due to varying stock inventory between the warehouses
Canceling an order
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 10 hours as your order might have already been processed and shipped out.

Unclaimed orders
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee or 25USD redelivery fee to cover postage costs.

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. We highly encourage customers to register an account with us to keep track of your order.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
To track your order, please log on to: http://www.17track.net/index_en.shtml and insert the tracking number provided. For US orders, you may also log onto www.usps.com and enter the tracking number provided.
*Please note that the tracking system does not update during the transit period between countries, but it will update again once it’s in your country. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the mailing system. All items are shipped out via a trackable method. On the very rare occasion an item is not delivered within 30 business days after it has been shipped, we will reship a new piece via the same delivery method.
