A natural part of life is, unfortunately, growing hair ‘downstairs’. Naturally, you don’t want that lucky someone to be shocked by an untamed bush, so you need to learn how to manscape properly.
You pay regular visits to the barber to keep your hair looking prim and proper, so why wouldn’t you do the same for the hair on the rest of your body? Admittedly, you wouldn’t visit a barber to carry out such ‘manscaping’ tasks, but you may pay a visit to a beauty salon for a waxing session to tame your chest or back hair. As for the hair below the waist, you’re most likely to take care of that in the privacy of your own bathroom.
Otherwise known as ‘manscaping’, the phenomenon has become a common part of men’s grooming routines and remains a hot topic in grooming discussions. While the term refers to the maintenance of all body hair, manscaping is generally used in reference to your downstairs region. Naturally, it’s an area you want to be careful with, as even the thought of a slight cut induces shivers through men worldwide.
If you’ve never taken a trimmer of body groomer to yourself before, or if you have and are wondering if there are ways you can change things up or reduce irritation post-shave and, not to mention, if you’re unsure how to tackle your tackle, then read on.
This is the ultimate men’s guide to manscaping.
In this story…
Tools For Manscaping
Today, men are given several methods to use to remove unwanted body hair. These include:
- Body Trimmer/Body Groomer
- Waxing
- Hair Removal Cream
- Laser Hair Removal
While the latter three options are all good, they’re not entirely painless and won’t provide permanent results. The easiest and best option for men is to use an electric and/or manual razor so you can have complete control over your look. One of the best options for men is the Manscaped electric hair trimmer, and you can check out our full review here.
Manscaping Downstairs
Manscaping the hair below the belt needs a complete guide on its own. Such is the delicate nature of the nether regions, you’ll want to arm yourself with the knowledge and the right tools before hacking away. The ramifications for the ill-informed man are not worth thinking about.
Trim With Extreme Care
The methods you need to use when it comes to your manscaping session will depend on just how much growth you’re sporting down there (we’re still talking hair here, fellas). If what you’re rocking resembles an Amazonian rainforest, you’ll want to get rid of some excess length using a body groomer first to ensure the area is prepared for when you want a close shave with a razor later.
Using a body groomer will give you a smoother and tidier look immediately with little fuss. There are several excellent body groomers on the market but the Phillips Bodygroom Series 7000 or the Panasonic 3-in-1 Body Groomer are good options to start with
Using a guard on the blade, run the body groomer across the whole pelvic area to bring the hairs down to a much shorter length. You’ll also want to run your body groomer over the inner portion of your upper leg to make the entire area look a lot more presentable. Be sure to pull the skin taut when using your body groomer to ensure even cutting.
As for what to do with those hairs; you can opt to simply trim and let them fall to the bathroom floor and sweep or vacuum them up when you’re done, or you can use something like the Philips Bodygroom 7000 in the shower and let them go straight down the plughole. For us, we think cutting hair when it’s dry is much easier, but where you carry out your business will come down to personal preference.
A Close Shave With A Good Razor
The body groomers mentioned above should be more than enough to offer a tidy, smooth look. However, if you’re after an even closer shave and you’re feeling brave, you can give your family jewels the once over with a razor.
It’s important to have a hot shower beforehand to open pores and soften the remaining hair. Once you are ready to shave apply a liberal amount of shaving cream to ensure a thick layer of protection between your skin and the blade. You’ll want to use shaving gel as opposed to cream so that you can clearly see the area you’re looking to take a razor to.
Be sure to pull the skin taut again to avoid any nicks and cuts (we can’t stress this enough). If you’re having trouble getting the skin taut splash a little cold water on the area for added firmness. Slowly make a pass along the skin with gentle strokes and repeat the process until you are pleased with the result.
Call Upon The Aftershave Balm
You may think aftershave balm is only for your face, but for the purposes of this grooming ritual, it can very much be used downstairs. If this is the first time you have shaved your nether regions then chances are you are going to suffer some irritation.
Redness, cuts and nicks are all unfortunate side effects of shaving and the last thing you want is to suffer these ailments down below. Apply a soothing aftershave balm that has no alcohol to avoid stinging and dry skin.
While most aftershave balms will work just fine, if you can find one with soothing ingredients such as aloe vera or lanolin, you’ll help to better cool that great ball of fire post-shave.
Don’t Neglect Day-To-Day Care Down There
The tricky part is now over, you’re freshly shaven and now it’s just a case of keeping the area just that…fresh. Besides talcum powder, there isn’t much in the way of grooming products for your family jewels.
Fortunately, Below The Belt Grooming have been kind enough to release a line of grooming products specifically for your junk that will keep you fresh and comfortable all day long.
Following your shave, you may be prone to uncomfortable chaffing which can lead to itching. Apply Below The Belt Sports Lubricant to prevent painful chaffing whether you’re on the treadmill or just in the office.
For added and continual freshness use Below The Belt Groin Confidence for a fresh and clean sensation and to limit unpleasant odours.
Manscaping Your Eyebrows
Manscaping your eyebrows can help make them a defining feature on your face. Too bushy and you’ll look unkempt, remove them altogether and you’ll just be plain unsightly. Of course, they provide a function too, to prevent sweat and debris from falling into your eyes.
When it comes to maintaining your eyebrows, you’re not looking to remove excessive amounts of hair, but rather remove any stragglers. To find out which ones need to the boot, take a small comb and move the hair in the direction of growth. This should present any hairs that fall out of the natural line of the eyebrow (this should be pretty obvious).
The easiest way to remove rogue hairs is with a pair of tweezers. Do this post-shower or after washing your face with warm water to help open the pores and soften the hairs. After this, grab the hairs at the root using the tweezer and pull away quickly. Using tweezers doesn’t eradicate the problem entirely, and you’ll need to regularly grab your pair out of the drawer, but keep on top of it and it will only take a couple of minutes each time.
Manscaping Ear Hair
Manscaping ear hair is an interesting subject. While it’s more likely to be seen sprouting out of the ears of the much older gentleman, it’s not to say you’re immune from excessive ear hair growth in your youth.
To remove ear hair, your best bet is to use a pair of facial hair scissors; the blunt kind you’d use for nose hairs as well. Using blunt scissors will greatly minimise the risk of cutting yourself. Place the hair scissors into the ear opening (you may need to become a contortionist to see properly in the mirror) and snip away.
Manscaping Nose Hair
Moving onto manscaping nose hairs, you’ll probably start seeing this sprouting from your nostrils at an early age. While you don’t want to remove all the hairs in your nose (as with eyebrows, they provide a purpose) you don’t want to have stragglers poking out unless you’re looking to grow a fully-fledged moustache.
Once again you’ll want to arm yourself with a pair of blunt scissors to snip these off, or alternatively, you can invest in a nose hair trimmer specifically designed for the task (you can use a nose hair trimmer on ear hairs too, if you wish). Nose hair trimmers are easy to use, as all you need to do is put the trimmer up your nose, however, they do occasionally suffer from not being as accurate and precise as scissors.
Manscaping Chest Hair
We image many guys have attempted to manscape their chest hair at least once in their life. It’s most likely going to be the area with the largest amount of hair and an area that will be on show a lot of the time during summer. While there seems to be a trend among a certain male demographic *cough*gym bros*cough* for chests that are smoother than a baby’s behind, having some hair on your chest is regarded as a sign of masculinity.
Of course, you don’t want a full-on bush growing and with some tactical trimming, you can even help to enhance your frame and muscular definition with regular maintenance. To manscape chest hair, the best tool you can use is a body groomer, as you will be able to adjust the length of the blade to a precise setting, putting you in total control of how it looks.
If you have excessive body growing on your stomach too, simply use the body groomer on the same length setting (or a little shorter) to leave a streamlined finish.
On a side note, you should also consider trimming your underarm hair if you have an excessive amount of hair sticking out when you have your arms down by your side. Less hair will also equal less chance of suffering from nasty body odour.
Manscaping Back Hair
We don’t think we’re alone in saying back hair doesn’t look good on anyone and if you grow it, you’ll want to get rid of it. The only issue is back hair isn’t the easiest to manscape by yourself. You can invest in a back-specific body groomer with a longer handle to help cover the entire surface, but for the best results, this is where we would suggest paying a visit to a salon to get it waxed off.
Painful it may be, but leaving with hair-free back will be worth the droplets of blood. You may also want to think about laser hair removal for your back, although it won’t provide a permanent solution and could take several sessions depending on how follicularly-endowed you are.
Manscaping FAQ
Body groomers are designed to target hair everywhere below the neck, even those in your private parts. Choose one with multiple guards in different lengths, long-lasting batteries and contour technology. Before shaving, take a hot shower to open your pores and soften hair. Then, apply a liberal amount of shaving cream. A clear gel is better so you can see where you are shaving. Pull the skin taut and use gentle strokes. Use an all-natural moisturizer. Aloe vera and witch hazel are good in soothing skin and calming irritation. They can also prevent skin infection, particularly if you're prone to getting ingrown hairs. How to choose a body groomer?

Unlucky in love and sick of dating apps? Perhaps your answer lies in a Contiki or Topdeck tour…
These days when it comes to dating, apps are the only way to go. It’s sadly now rare to look across a crowded bar, lock eyes with a stranger and experience a love at first sight that leads to a long-term relationship.
But all of my single friends complain about dating apps. There’s the time-consuming task of curating the perfect profile. Spending long hours looking at potential matches. Engaging in conversations that either fizzle out (because someone inevitably ghosts) or lead to an awkward first date…
I’m not saying that dating apps don’t work; I do know one person who met their long term partner that way. But for the most part, from what I hear: dating apps suck.
If you haven’t gathered already, I am not single and haven’t been for a long time. So long in fact, that I’ve never had to use dating apps. So how did I meet my partner of six+ years? On a Contiki trip in Europe.
Actually, it was a Topdeck tour but same difference. Eight years ago, whilst on a tour, I happened to encounter a fellow Australian travelling on a different tour.
We instantly connected, like we were old friends reuniting. After a magical day together in Rome, our tours went their separate ways but not before we added each other on Facebook (Instagram wasn’t as popular back then). We then stayed in touch for two years.
Then we finally met up again once I moved to Sydney (where he lived) and the rest is history; we’ve been together ever since. Sure, I could just be extremely lucky that I happened to meet ‘the one’ (even I rolled my eyes as I typed that; sorry) while abroad on a Topdeck/Contiki trip but I’m not alone.

Both Topdeck and Contiki have detailed blog posts that highlight multiple couples who met while on a tour. One couple, Stephanie and Dennis, met on a Topdeck trip too.
“We began the trip as friends and ended up falling in love while travelling Europe together!”
Stephanie
With a similar story to my own, a woman named Jillian met her now-fiancé on a Contiki tour.
“My fiancé and I met in August 2017 in Greece – he was on a 5-day Greece Contiki, and I was on a 5-week European Explorer. Our tours happened to cross paths on the island cruise… After becoming friendly – as we’re both from New York (neighbours, actually!) – we discovered he met my roommate in our local bar 6 months prior!”
“…We stayed friends for a year, then ended up taking another Contiki trip together in Argentina and Brazil. That’s where we decided to try out a relationship. Three years later, we’re engaged and planning a destination wedding!”
Jillian
Contiki was also responsible for Anne’s delightful love story…
“We met on the 21-day Contiki European tour in 1988. He was from California and I was from Ottawa, Canada. In Venice, we needed a sixth person for the gondola ride, and he offered to join our gondola. We hit it off and [34] years later, we are happily married with two wonderful kids.”
Anne
Now that COVID travel restrictions are easing/lifted in most parts of the world, perhaps if you’re single and looking for love you should ditch the dating apps and instead take a chance on a Contiki or Topdeck tour.
You might just hit the (dating) jackpot. And if not, at least you went on an awesome trip.

With Albo being sworn in as Australia’s newest Prime Minister, Labor looks set to make a whole host of changes — let’s find out what this might mean for crypto investors.
On Saturday night, Australians everywhere watched on as Scott Morrison was handed a hefty defeat by Anthony Albanese, who was officially sworn in this morning (Monday the 23rd of May) as Australia’s 31st Prime Minister.
The new Labor government looks set to bring in a whole host of changes, with the government putting climate change and housing affordability firmly in its crosshairs. One thing that seems to be absent from the coverage of the recent events is, what does Albo’s win mean for Aussie crypto investors?
And with more than 28% of all Australians now owning some form of cryptocurrency, it’s a bloody worthwhile question. So, let’s break down Labor’s policy for cryptocurrency and make some predictions about what the crypto market might look like under a Labor government.
A Lack of Policy?
The first thing that really jumps out is that Labor doesn’t actually seem to have anything too concrete when it comes to dealing with cryptocurrency moving forward.
Speaking at The Australian Financial Review Cryptocurrency Summit, multi-millionaire and crypto investor Mark Carnegie said crypto “should be at the centre of the Australian election.”
Carnegie stressed that strong action on crypto needs to happen fast, as digital assets and the blockchain infrastructure that makes them tick, could be an $US8 trillion ($11.6 trillion AUD) to $US13 ($18.3 trillion AUD) industry by 2030.
“And the idea that the Labor Party does not have a policy about what we’re doing about this, it just shows you the failure of leadership,” said Carnegie.
The Labor Minister for financial services Stephen Jones, hit back at Carnegie’s claims saying that “The broad principles we would take to crypto regulation is safety and transparency.”
“That inevitably leads to greater regulation of exchanges.”
Jones added that Labor’s main concern with crypto was to make sure that Aussies “have confidence that the crypto products they are purchasing are what they say they are.”
Jones also hinted that he is quite positive about the future of crypto in Australia, saying that he “expects business and increasingly business-at-large [to] accept cryptocurrency as a medium of exchange”.
What Happens To My Crypto?
All we can really glean from Labor so far, is that the new government will probably move to regulate crypto exchanges and really work to make sure that Aussie consumers and retail investors are more well-protected from the “Wild West” of digital asset markets.
According to Aaron Klein, a senior fellow in economic studies at the Brookings Institution, regulation is good for crypto, because “even if it doesn’t bring more people in, it may change people’s current behaviour.”
Klein said that while crypto enthusiasts claim that crypto is better than fiat money, those benefits will only arise “if an appropriate regulatory framework is put into place.”
Ultimately, from what we can tell at these very early stages of a new government, it seems pretty unlikely that Labor would do anything drastic, like banning crypto outright. The Labor government seems to have an even-handed approach to dealing with the industry, which could be a very good thing for current crypto investors moving forward.
The most plausible course of action is that Labor will add crypto to the “finance” umbrella in terms of legislation, which may lead to more widespread use of digital assets.

A Global AgriTrends analyst has called for Australians to be banned from Bali for the next six months. This is because he is concerned about an outbreak of foot and mouth disease (FMD) that has been detected in Bali, and the impact this could have on Australia’s cattle industry if it were to spread.
A food analyst, Global AgriTrends analyst Simon Quilty, has told Yahoo News that Australians ought to be banned from Bali for the next six months. He made this suggestion because he is concerned about foot and mouth disease spreading to Australia.
The outbreak was first detected in Indonesia a month ago. If it spreads to Australia, the consequences could be disastrous for our beef industry. Quilty told Yahoo News that if foot and mouth disease spread to Australia, important buyers including China, Japan, North America and South Korea would ban the importation of Australian beef.
He also said he was worried about the global shortage of vaccines to combat foot and mouth disease. Foot and mouth disease is carried on clothes and shoes, he said, warning we are creating disease “highways through each of our airports.”

“As a country we seriously need to think about banning people going to Bali, as extreme as that sounds,” he told Yahoo News.

He’s not the only expert to express concerns about foot and mouth disease in recent weeks. Australia’s chief vet, Dr Mark Schipp told the Australian Associated Press that Australia is now facing the “greatest biosecurity threat to animal agriculture” that we’ve seen in recent decades.
“We know if we had a foot and mouth disease outbreak in Australia it would be very difficult to respond to … and the trade impacts on Australia’s livestock and loss of product exports would be absolutely immense.”
Dr Mark Schipp
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, “the Department of Agriculture estimates that a small outbreak that is controlled within three months would cost around $7 billion and a 12-month outbreak would cost $16 billion.”

— Matt Brann (@MattBrannRURAL) May 13, 2022
To put that into perspective, as the Sydney Morning Herald reports, the UK’s 2001 foot and mouth disease outbreak, which caused 2000 confirmed cases, resulted in more than 6 million pigs, cows and sheep being destroyed, “with the cost estimated at £8 billion [AU $14 odd million].”

You might be surprised to learn that LeBron James – one of the best basketball players of all time – is actually a part-owner of legendary football team Liverpool. You’re probably less surprised to hear he owns some very expensive watches, though…
The 37-year-old Los Angeles Lakers lynchpin was in Paris for the Champions League final to see the “mentality monsters” Liverpool face off against the ever magisterial Real Madrid. Sadly for James, The Reds went down 0-1 to Los Blancos – both an emotional and financial loss for King James, no doubt.
James was seen looking rather stoic yet disappointed up in the stands of the Stade de France, holding back tears after the hard-fought game… At least he’s got his incredibly rare watch to dab away his tears with.
James was seen wearing an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon Extra Thin (ref. 26521OR.SS.1220OR.01) with a solid US$500,000 along with a Louis Vuitton bracelet and a ring from Van Cleef and Arpels. Can bling prevent sadness? The jury’s still out on that one…

This luxurious rendition of the world-famous luxury sports watch is crafted from 18ct rose gold and features a bezel set with 32 blue sapphires, a further 22 blue sapphires in place of hour indices, as well as a large tourbillon mounted at 6 o’clock.
Like most Royal Oaks with tourbillon movements, the watch’s signature “Tapisserie” dial pattern has been supplanted splendid sunburst “Evolutive” pattern, which sees a guilloched grid radiate out from the tourbillon. It’s a very pleasing aesthetic, especially when you combine it with that many precious gems.

From comparatively understated pieces like his Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41 ‘Stella Dial’ to ‘grail watches’ like his Richard Mille RM 11-03 Automatic Flyback Chronograph, LeBron James has a veritable treasure trove of timepieces; one of the tidiest horological trophy cabinets on the planet.
In comparison, Liverpool’s trophy cabinet is looking a little lighter than maybe it should be this year. While the storied side won this year’s FA Cup as well as the EFL Cup, they narrowly lost the Premier League only a week before their Champions League defeat.

Cristiano Ronaldo is, without doubt, one of the greatest football players to have ever played “the beautiful game,” and subsequently, one of the most famous men on the planet.
His footballing career began when he was 16-years-old, for Sporting Lisbon in his native Portugal. Following a 3-1 win against Manchester United in August 2003, then-managed Sir Alex Ferguson made it his mission to sign the talented youngster. He did so, and the rest, you could say is history. Ronaldo was given the number 7 shirt, which had previously been worn by the likes of George Best, Eric Cantona and David Beckham, essentially making it Manchester United royalty.
With a glittering 20-year under his belt, Ronaldo has been catapulted to global stardom and become one of the highest-paid, and highest-earning athletes in the world. Here’s everything you need to know about Cristiano Ronaldo, including his net worth, age, wife and more.

He also has some lucrative sponsorship and endorsement deals with a range of companies, most notably, Nike. Ronaldo has also put his face to other products such as soft drinks, clothing and video games including the Fifa football video game series and was included on the cover for the 2018 release.
Through the combination of his salary and sponsorship earnings, Ronaldo is to have brought in $1 billion in career earnings in 2021, making him the first footballer to hit the coveted milestone, and only the third sportsman in history to do so.
Salary
Cristiano Ronaldo’s salary is regularly subject to speculation. Upon his return to Manchester United for the 2021-22 season, Ronaldo was believed to be earning £480,000 per week. However, Goal.com reports that his actual salary is likely closer to £385,000 per week, netting him £20 million per year. He was earning around £26 million/$34 million during his time playing for Italian side Juventus.
Cristiano Ronaldo Family & Children

Many people believe Cristiano Ronaldo is married, with a wife, but in reality, he has only ever had girlfriends. He is currently dating Argentine-Spanish model Georgina Rodríguez, with whom he has two daughters, the second of which was born on 18 April 2022. Rodgríguez was also pregnant with a boy at this time, but he passed away during birth.

The identity of Cristiano Ronaldo Jr’s mother has been kept a secret, per an agreement shared between the couple. Clearly, football runs in the DNA of Ronaldo, as Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, at nearly 12-years-old, is already showing signs of a promising football career.
Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. currently plays for the Manchester United under 12s team, following his father’s move back to the Premier League outfit. Before this, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr followed his father to Italy to play for the Juventus youth squad.
Cristiano Ronaldo Age
Cristiano Ronaldo is currently 37-years-old, and his birthday is 5th February 1985. He is one of just a handful of football players (and, to a greater extent, athletes) who continue to play at the very top of their game, despite being what many would consider being ‘old’.
Cristiano Ronaldo Fitness

The key to Cristiano Ronaldo’s success at the age of 37 is his commitment to keeping incredibly fit and healthy. He does so via a selection of intense workouts followed by some space-age cryotherapy recovery.
Cristiano Ronaldo Hairstyles
While he might not change it as often as fellow footballer David Beckham, Cristiano Ronaldo does like to change his hair every once in a while. During the Covid-19 pandemic, he opted for the complete shave. He’s also been spotted with a man bun with undercut, and has even attempted a curly haircut too.

LeBron James Basketball Career
LeBron James was introduced to basketball when he was nine years old, after he moved in with the family of the local football coach, Frank Walker, in his hometown of Akron, Ohio. His mother, Gloria Marie James wasn’t financially stable enough to raise LeBron, so she allowed him to move to a more stable family environment.
Showing promise at such a young age, LeBron James began playing basketball in the Fifth Grade and eventually moved to playing Amateur Athletic Union basketball for the Northeast Ohio Shooting Stars. James and three of his friends then enrolled at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School so they could continue to be together and play basketball together.
High School Basketball
LeBron joined the varsity basketball team at high school and continued to dominate. It was at this point talent scouts would begin turning up to games just to see him play. He was dubbed “the best high school basketball player in America right now,” by Ryan Jones in the basketball magazine, Slam.
Cleveland Cavaliers
LeBron James was chosen as the first overall pick of the 2003 NBA draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers and recorded the most points scored by a prep-to-pro player in his debut performance with 25, an NBA record. While the Cleveland Cavaliers didn’t end up making the playoffs in his debut season, LeBron James was named the NBA Rookie of the Year Award.
Over the course of the next few years, James racked up a number of NBA Most Valuable Player Awards and was regularly named to the All-NBA Team. However, despite making the play-offs and some finals on several occasions, James never won the NBA Championship with the Cleveland Cavaliers during his first spell there between 2003 – 2010.
LeBron James resigned with Cleveland Cavaliers in 2014 and eventually helped them to win the NBA Championship in 2015.
Miami Heat
In 2010, LeBron James signed with Miami Heat as a free agent, along with Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade. This move drew criticism from fans and high-profile industry figures such as Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson. His first season with the Heat ended in a loss in the Finals, but he helped turn this around in the 2011 season, which Miami Heat eventually won. This was LeBron James’ first NBA Championship win.
Los Angeles Lakers
LeBron James signed with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2018 and in 2020, he surpassed Kobe Bryant on the scoring list, just one day before the LA Lakers legend died in a helicopter crash. James went on to help the LA Lakers win the NBA Championship for the 2020 season, making him the third player in NBA history to win the Championship with three different teams.
LeBron James Stats
LeBron James has had a glittering career in the NBA (and he’s not done yet). He has been named to 17 All-NBA teams, an NBA record. He has four MVP awards, a record he shares with Michael Jordan, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Wilt Chamberlain and Bill Russell.
LeBron James Family

LeBron James married Savannah Brinson in 2013, whom he had been with since high school. The couple has three children: sons Bronny (born 2004) and Bryce (born 2007) and a daughter, Zhuri (born 2014).
LeBron James Net Worth
Thanks to his on-court prowess, LeBron James has become one of the highest-paid athletes in the world which, coupled with his off-court earnings, has earned him a net worth of an estimated $1 billion, according to Forbes.
His salary for the past few seasons for the Los Angeles Lakers has been valued at over $40 million per year.
Most of his income comes from sponsorship and endorsement deals, as well as business investments. LeBron signed a long-term contract with sports giant Nike in 2003 for an estimated $90 million, which he maintains to this day. He also has deals with PepsiCo., Coca-Cola, Audemars Piguet, Beats by Dre and McDonald’s.
He received an estimated $30 million following Apple’s acquisition of Beats by Dre, as he negotiated a small stake in the headphone company in return for promoting their products.
LeBron James also co-founded the SpringHill Entertainment production company, which has been responsible for producing a number of sports documentaries, as well as Space Jam: A New Legacy, which Lebron stars in, and is the sequel to the 1996 movie Space Jam, which starred Michael Jordan.
James also invested $1 million in the Blaze Pizza restaurant chain in 2012, which was then valued at $25 million by 2017. He also holds a minority stake in Fenway Sports Group, which owns several sports teams, including the Boston Red Sox baseball team and Liverpool F.C. Premier League club.
LeBron James Style

LeBron has also proven himself to be a style icon on several occasions, often appearing at NBA games wearing exclusive pieces of clothing and some incredibly rare watches (thanks in no small part to his association with Audemars Piguet).
LeBron James Fitness

Butter isn’t necessarily the food of the devil, but there is an alternative you could consider using next time you’re cooking up a storm in the kitchen: ghee.
Butter can often get a bad reputation in the culinary world due to its high levels of fat and, despite evidence to suggest butter’s high levels of dairy fat can actually be good for you, many of us attempt to seek out what they believe to be healthier alternatives.
And, in the case of butter, there is an alternative you could (if you like the taste of it) consider: ghee.
The case of ghee vs butter was recently made by biohacker Dave Asprey on Instagram and, while you may not agree with everything he says, there is much to take away from this particular message.
What Is Ghee?
If you’ve not heard of it before, ghee is actually derived from butter, so offers much of the same with regards to taste, yet without some qualities that cause people to steer clear of butter in the first place. Ghee can also be a perfect alternative for those who are lactose intolerant.
According to Medical News Today, Ghee is made by clarifying butter, i.e. melting it down. This heating process separates liquid fats from milk solids, with the latter being removed. Doing so removes a lot of the dairy proteins found in butter, and it’s because of this that ghee can be more beneficial for those who are lactose intolerant.
Better still, you don’t even need to head out to a supermarket and spend loads of money on ghee, as you can make it yourself at home by melting a normal stick of unsalted butter.
Yet, because ghee is derived from cow’s milk, its nutritional profile closely mimics that of regular butter. However, as is pointed out in Dave Asprey’s post, ghee does contain a higher number of calories per tablespoon – 120 vs 102 – and is pure fat, as opposed to butter, which is “fat plus a tiny amount of carbohydrate and protein.”

You may now be questioning whether ghee is, in fact, better than butter, considering it contains more calories and is pure fat. Indeed, Medical News Today, touches on this subject, citing a 2010 study that found “ghee contains almost 50 percent saturated fat, which has led to concerns that it might increase the coronary artery disease in India.”
But, a 2018 study appeared to refute these claims, finding “the fat and cholesterol in the blood [of 200 people in north India] was healthier in the people who ate more ghee and less mustard oil as sources of fat in their diet.”
Ultimately, ghee isn’t necessarily a ‘healthier’ alternative to butter, but it is one you should seek out if you struggle to consume dairy products. Many users have commented on Dave Asprey’s post stating that they prefer ghee over butter. One even says they “brew coffee, then add ghee and put into a blender = next level good.”
